I learned a lot about overall nutrition. I liked that the program did not just include information about nutrition, but also about other lifestyle choices that contribute to health.

Many of us know loved ones who have declined in their cognitive acuity or have slipped into dementia over time. But is there anything you can do proactively to prolong the health of your mind as more of us live into our '80s and '90s? Jennifer Ventrelle and Laura Morris have interpreted evidence-based medical research into the correlation of what we eat and drink with the health of our brains in a new program to create better dietary habits. Their purpose is to increase better brain health as we age. The 'Mind Diet' will help you understand how changing your diet can help your brain function better while navigating all life's other challenges. For us, it changed how we create menu plans, what we shop for and avoid at the grocery store, and how we attend to other life habits like exercise, journaling, vitamins, medications, and meditation.

I absolutely loved this program! It felt like the right level of education and the information shared was digestible (no pun intended). Even though the recipes always made me hungry, I enjoyed learning about ways to incorporate the food groups we learned about into my day. Having each week focus on a different group also made the goals we set feel achievable.

I loved the program! I preferred to attend the sessions live, but even when I couldn't I enjoyed watching the videos afterwards. I always felt like I left a session with more information that I could think on as I cook, shop or meal plan.
