Creamy almond butter blends beautifully with earthy turmeric, warm cinnamon, and fresh-brewed coffee for a nourishing twist on your everyday latte. Enjoy it hot or iced, depending on your mood. For a heartier option, add a scoop of protein powder—or keep it simple and light. Pair it with crisp fall apples, and you’ve got the perfect seasonal treat.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee or 1-2 shots espresso

  • 1 tablespoon creamy almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • tiny pinch of ground black pepper

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (warmed)

  • Optional: 1 scoop favorite protein powder

  • 1 medium apple, cut into slices and sprinkled with cinnamon and turmeric

DIRECTIONS:

In a blender, combine everything except the apple slices. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, mug or travel mug. Sprinkle with cinnamon and turmeric, and enjoy with a crisp fall apple!
