INGREDIENTS:
1 cup hot brewed coffee or 1-2 shots espresso
1 tablespoon creamy almond butter
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
tiny pinch of ground black pepper
1/4 cup milk of choice (warmed)
Optional: 1 scoop favorite protein powder
1 medium apple, cut into slices and sprinkled with cinnamon and turmeric
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine everything except the apple slices. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, mug or travel mug. Sprinkle with cinnamon and turmeric, and enjoy with a crisp fall apple!
