INGREDIENTS:
2 cups leafy greens such as
spinach or arugula
1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened almond
milk or milk of choice
1⁄2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon honey
Optional add-ins:
1⁄2 cup frozen cauliflower
1⁄2 an avocado
3 tablespoons hemp seeds or 2
tablespoons nut butter
dash of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea
powder
1 teaspoon ground espresso
DIRECTIONS:
